About Me

Growing up in Honolulu Hawai’i gave me the opportunity to be able to play sports year-round.  I was blessed to receive many honors in basketball and track, but it was football that I really excelled in.

I also quickly discovered my love for training and working out.

I accepted an offer to play football for the University of Washington where I earned 2nd team Freshmen All-American honors.

Although I was privileged to be a starter throughout my career at the university, I found that my athleticism had decreased.

I lost strength in both my upper and lower body and my speed and vertical seemed to drop as well. I knew the regimented, one-size-fits-all training I was getting in college was a big part of the problem.

After finishing school, I devoted much of my time to researching and experimenting to determine why and how this happened. I became a full-time trainer and continued working on the science of peak performance and all that goes into it.

After years of study and working with some of the best athletes in the area, I’m now privileged to be helping elite athletes become faster, stronger, quicker than they’ve ever been before. Their transformations have been truly amazing.

I apply many of the same principles to

 those clients who are trying to achieve proper nutrition and weight loss or maintain optimal weight.

– Proprietary genetic testing,
– Full panel hormone,
– Vitamin and mineral panel for nutritional recommendations,

  • Attack each day with unrivaled enthusiasm when training the athletes! Build confidence so much that they know without a shadow of a doubt they will kill it when it’s time to perform. Everyday we push a little more!

Step 4. Re test

  • After a couple of weeks or a month, retest everything. Make sure we are getting better.

Step 5. Make adjustments

  • Make any adjustments to their plan if needed. Sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, training or anything else that needs attention.

Step 6. Remind them of goals daily

  • In everything we do, we must remind our athlete of the goal they are seeking and how what we are doing today will help them achieve their overall goal. There has to be a connection so they stayed engaged and not just go through the motions.
